- Late Fee of $50 will be will be applied to all entries submitted after October 15th and $100 on the day of the parade (October 19, 2024). Poosition Numbers will be provided upon receipt of application and parade fee.

Route Map:

Registration will be located in the TCHS Parking Lot. Look for a canopy with registration signs.
This is the only place to check in and pick up your entry number ... remember, line up begins at 6 am DST.

1. Parade will begin at 9am DST promptly. Rain or shine ....
2. Line up begins on Warrior Drive west of the Pavilion by the old baseball field. Parade route turns west on Edgewater Drive ... continues to the corner of Main Street ... head south .... finally, the route turns west on Maloney Street (Kentucky Fried Chicken). Do not disband or park on NHA Housing premises for safety reasons.
3. Winners will be notified by mail/phone call.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. All vehicle/float entries must have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit on board.
  2. Prior to line-up, fill the gasoline tank.
  3. Each entry must provide its own water, umbrellas, and snacks for participants.
  4. Secure anchored handrails for persons standing on the float/vehicle.
  5. Parade line-up starts at 6 a.m. south of Tuba City High School. On-site registration will be located in the Tuba City High School parking lot. Look for the registration sign. A late fee of $100.00 will be applied for day-of parade entry.
  6. This is an alcohol- and drug-free event. The use of either is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Disqualification from parade entry will be enforced, with no refund of the entry fee.
  7. Mini bikes, go-carts, etc. must be operated by individuals 12 years or older.
  8. All pets must be on a leash.
  9. For safety reasons, throwing items from the float is strictly prohibited!
  10. All items must be handed to spectators along the route. Do not throw sodas or fruit into the crowd.
  11. Equestrian entries must have a "pooper scooper" and scooping supplies. No exceptions!
  12. Provide your own float banners. The entry number must be visible and placed on the left (driver's side) of the entry.
  13. No entries higher than 15 feet will be permitted in the parade line-up.
  14. Any entry arriving after 8:45 a.m. on Saturday morning will be placed at the back of the line-up regardless of application submission date and/or front fee payment.
